Navarre Auto Group (NAVARREX LLC) is the parent company operating Navarre Chevrolet, Navarre Cadillac, Navarre Honda, Navarre Hyundai, Navarre GMC, Navarre Jeep Ram Dodge Chrysler, Navarre Nissan, Navarre VinFast, Louisiana Direct Auto, and Navarre Premium Select across Southwest Louisiana.
Each rooftop maintains its own consumer website and may provide additional privacy notices for store-specific transactions. When you interact with a specific dealership location, that location's notices may apply in addition to this policy.

The Service is directed primarily to users in Louisiana and surrounding markets served by Navarre Auto Group. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

- Operate Billy, our internal employee platform for leads, messaging, and dealership operations.
How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to affiliates and affiliated dealerships; employees and contractors; vehicle manufacturers, lenders, finance sources, and transaction participants; service providers such as website hosts, CRM, analytics, advertising, payment, SMS and WhatsApp messaging (Telnyx), auth (Clerk), and data storage providers; professional advisors; and law enforcement or other parties when required or permitted by law.
We do not sell customer lists, credit applications, or transaction files for money in the ordinary sense. Some cookie, analytics, advertising, and lead-attribution activities may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under certain privacy laws. Where required, you may opt out through tools on the Service or by contacting us.
SMS and mobile messaging
If you opt in to receive SMS from Navarre Auto Group or an affiliated dealership — for example by checking an SMS consent box on a contact or test-drive form, texting a keyword, replying to a message you initiated, or providing verbal consent documented by our team — we collect your mobile phone number and message content to deliver the program you requested.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We use opt-in data only to operate the messaging program you joined and related Navarre customer-care services.
- Program purpose: Customer-care updates only — sales and service follow-up for inquiries you initiated, appointment reminders, and delivery or service notifications. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS from this program.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your relationship with us and the program you joined.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text or data plan.
- Opt-out: Text STOP to cancel at any time. After you text STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS from that program unless you opt in again.
- Help: Text HELP for assistance or email ops@navarre.app.
- Consent: Consent to receive marketing calls or text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing or leasing any goods or services.
- Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

WhatsApp messaging
Navarre Auto Group (NAVARREX LLC) offers customer chat on WhatsApp when you message us first — for example by tapping "Chat on WhatsApp" on https://navarre.app, opening a https://navarre.app inventory link, or texting our WhatsApp business number. This service is operated for Navarre Auto Group and its affiliated Louisiana dealerships, not for any individual owner or employee personally.
When you contact us on WhatsApp, we collect your mobile phone number, message content, and related metadata to respond to your inquiry, assist with inventory and appointments, and connect you with a dealership representative when you ask for a person. Automated assistants may handle initial messages; a human team member may take over the conversation when you request it or when we hand off the chat.
Mobile information and WhatsApp conversation data will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We use this information to provide customer service and operate our messaging programs. Message delivery is provided through Telnyx and Meta WhatsApp Business Platform under their terms and privacy policies.
- Program purpose: Customer service — answering questions about vehicles, inventory, locations, test drives, and service; following up on inquiries you initiated.
- How to start: You must message us first (for example via a https://navarre.app link or by saving our WhatsApp business number). We do not send unsolicited WhatsApp marketing blasts from this program.
- Opt-out: Text STOP in WhatsApp to stop further messages from that Navarre WhatsApp line, or ask us to end the chat. You may also email ops@navarre.app.
- Help: Text HELP in WhatsApp or email ops@navarre.app.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier and WhatsApp terms.

Marketing communications
We may contact you by mail, telephone, or email regarding inquiries, transactions, appointments, vehicles, service, financing, recalls, and safety matters, to the extent permitted by law and any consent you provide. Marketing text messages are not sent from our customer-care SMS program. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Service may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, call-tracking, session replay, chat tools, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, prevent fraud, analyze traffic, attribute leads, and measure advertising. You may manage cookies through your browser or device settings. Some technologies are necessary for security, transactions, or core site functionality.
Privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information, or to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising.
