NAVARREX LLC, doing business as Navarre Auto Group("Navarre Auto Group"), operates a customer-care SMS program for Louisiana drivers who have already expressed interest in our products or services. Messages are transactional only — lead follow-up, appointment reminders, and service-related updates. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS from this program.

Navarre Auto Group (NAVARREX LLC) is the parent company operating Navarre Chevrolet, Navarre Cadillac, Navarre Honda, Navarre Hyundai, Navarre GMC, Navarre Jeep Ram Dodge Chrysler, Navarre Nissan, Navarre VinFast, Louisiana Direct Auto, and Navarre Premium Select across Southwest Louisiana.

You may receive customer-care SMS from Navarre Auto Group and its affiliated dealerships only after opting in. Our primary opt-in method is an affirmative consent checkbox on dealership web forms.

This unchecked consent box appears on our group contact form at navarre.app/contact (and on affiliated dealership contact, test-drive, and availability request forms).

Additional opt-in methods:

• Appointment reminder: Reply YES to a one-time service appointment reminder opt-in message after verbal consent at scheduling.
• Text us first: Send an SMS to one of our published dealership numbers to start a conversation.
• Verbal consent: Provide documented verbal consent to our staff during a call or dealership visit.
